Introduction :
FoxTel Communications LTD is looking to employ an experienced Sales Representative, preferably with IT / engineering education or relevant work experience in system integration or Hotel IT systems, for the sales promotion of the company’s services as well as account management and project management of the increasing customer portfolio.
FoxTel is a leading Hotel Technology Solutions Integrator in the Greek & Cypriot Market enjoying a very well referenced reputation and customer portfolio ( please see company web page references ). The company enjoys approval and certification of major international hotel Bands such as Marriott, Hilton, Accor, IHG , Radisson, Hayat indicating the high level of the services it offers as well as the skilled in house personnel it employs.

- Sales & Business Development
- Frequent Travelling to see customers and new projects
- Site Survey, Technical Preparation & help in preparation of proposals
- Support communication between customers, partners and FoxTel HQ team
- Deployment of Systems on site, coordination between customer and our technical team
- Project Management
- Support of our onsite technical teams ensuring new deployments and fault rectifications run smoothly
- Communication with company’s local regional partners and enhancement of b2b relationship
- Promotion of company good name, continuous care & support to retain it
- Communication with suppliers
- Cooperation with management to prepare Sales & Marketing material and plans
- Representing company in Promotion events – Expos local & abroad
- Attending corporate & customer meetings
- Full Understanding of the solutions and services following training and personal home study
- Character integrity, excellent work ethics

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- 6 Years or more of work in corporate B2B sales and / or Project Management preferably related to hospitality industry
- Very Good Level of Greek & English Language, Verbal and in writing
- Engineering Background or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Computer or IT or related Field
- Very Good Technical understanding and analysis of Solutions Offered
- Excellent Communication & Presentation skills
- Excellent Use of Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio
- Punctuality, good administration
- Ability To blend In with Existing Teams
- Teamwork & initiative
- Self-Motivated & Keen to get the jobs done
- Efficiency, Stability & performance
- Requires Flexibility to work extra hours to support customer needs / project / sale
- Requires work abroad or away from home for days specific projects / events
- Requires frequent traveling mainly in Greece but not limited to
- Requires to operate under strict deployment time limits
- Requires to operate often under demanding environments & demanding customers
- Ability to drive Manual Car, Transit VAN size if needed
- Interest in the Work Carried out & outcome
