About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a balance of relationship management and strategic sales to grow existing accounts while expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships
- Act as the primary point of contact for accounts, handling day-to-day client interactions, queries, and problem-solving
- Monitor account performance, identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts, and develop strategies to maximize value
- Identify and research potential new clients and business opportunities in target markets
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay updated on industry trends and client needs
- Create and execute sales strategies that align with company goals, focusing on both short-term wins and long-term growth
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and generate leads
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in account management, business development, or sales roles
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong understanding of sales processes, market trends, and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office
