Regional Account Manager

 

General responsibilities                    

  • Promote the products and services of the company to the appropriate client contacts of assigned accounts
  • Prepare regular reports of activities and detailed account analysis
  • Collect and transmit all pertinent information on the activities of the assigned accounts
  • Liaise closely with technical and marketing teams to enable all necessary support are given to sales and service efforts to the customers
  • Advise management of need for new products and services to existing and new markets
  • Maintain accurate up-to-date active account records

 

Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of Marine/Sales experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marine/Chemical/Mechanical Engineering will be considered an asset
  • Postgraduate diploma in the fields Marine/Sales will be considered an asset
  • Knowledge of Marine industry, ship board systems, cleaning solutions
  • Dynamic, result-oriented with strong negotiation skills
  • Good interpersonal & presentation skills
  • Must be team player, innovative & creative
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent computer literacy
