Sales Agent - Rhodes

 Hotels Collection | Hatzilazarou Group one of the leading & constantly growing groups in Greece, operating in the hospitality industry for 31 years, is offering new positions for its hotels in Rhodes.

Sales Agent

 

Location: Hybrid work model, with days split between headquarters office (Lardos) and regional office (Ixia), subject to agreement.

Type of Employment: Full Time/Yearly.

Ref: HH/SA.

What to expect

The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving corporate sales opportunities, helping the company meet its revenue and market share targets.

Primary responsibilities

  • Perform detailed occupancy and revenue analysis, including both regular and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Oversee the administration of yield management actions for tour operators.
  • Maintain proactive communication with reservations and hotel teams to stay informed of key developments.
  • Conduct thorough market and competitor research, including price analysis and reporting.
  • Assist with a range of e-commerce initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Director and Deputy Director during the contracting process.
  • Manage group business inquiries, including preparing offers, conducting follow-ups, and coordinating with hotels.
  • Support the Sales Department by handling correspondence, responding to inquiries, and managing group quotation processes.
  • Participate in and assist with hotel educational visits.
  • Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and business meetings, representing the company.
  • Ensure proper archiving and filing of all sales-related documents.
  • Undertake additional sales-related duties as required by the company.

 Necessary qualifications & skills

  • Higher Education Degree.
  • Full knowledge of English and German language (knowledge of additional language will be appreciated).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office .
  • Previous experience as sales agent or relevant role.
  • Organizational Skills.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • IT skills.
  • Numerical skills.
  • Confidentiality.
