In Evergrow S.A., we are looking for an Exports Area Manager, on behalf of our client, an industrial and commercial company, operating in the confectionery sector. The company holds a well-established position in the Greek market and internationally, as well.

About the role

The Exports Area Manager is responsible for managing the sales activities referring to customers abroad, in assigned market. He/she will play a critical role in developing the international sales strategy, under the scope of growth acceleration.

 Responsibilities

• Develops and implements a strategic sales plan, according to company’s goals and objectives.
• Conducts market research, aiming to identify business expansion opportunities in target market for sustainable growth.
• Builds and sustains strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Acquires new customers in existing and new markets.
• Prepares budget, sales forecast, data analytics and reports for management information.
• Monitors KPI’s to ensure the sales objectives achievement.
• Drafts and negotiates commercial agreements.
• Participates in the new product development process, aligning with customers’ needs and international market trends as well.
• Participates in international trade exhibitions, representing the company.

• BSc degree in business administration, marketing, finance or relevant. MBA degree would be considered a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing international clients, ideally in the food industry.
• Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of other languages would be considered as an additional qualification.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal, written).
• Business acumen; financial literacy; planning & organization; attention to detail.
• Flexibility to travel abroad.
• Computer literacy.
• Driver’s license and valid passport for traveling in and out of the EU.
