Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings and services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and applications to customers.
- Address customer inquiries, provide accurate quotations, and generate technical documentation as needed.
- Manage the entire order process, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide dedicated support for customer inquiries related to technical specifications and product details.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new product opportunities, potential suppliers, and market trends.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
- Oversee e-commerce sales activities and prepare monthly management reports (MIS).
- Continuously enhance our e-commerce platforms, including LinkedIn posts and improvements to the Businesswise platform.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Bachelor's degree required in Mechanical Engineering prefered
- 1-3 years of experience in sales (junior to mid level)
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong aptitude for understanding hydraulic systems (preferred).
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Proficient in developing and delivering product presentations on hydraulic systems.
- Goal-oriented with a commitment to achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings.
