Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings and services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and applications to customers.
  • Address customer inquiries, provide accurate quotations, and generate technical documentation as needed.
  • Manage the entire order process, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide dedicated support for customer inquiries related to technical specifications and product details.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new product opportunities, potential suppliers, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
  • Oversee e-commerce sales activities and prepare monthly management reports (MIS).
  • Continuously enhance our e-commerce platforms, including LinkedIn posts and improvements to the Businesswise platform.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Bachelor's degree required in Mechanical Engineering prefered
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales (junior to mid level)
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong aptitude for understanding hydraulic systems (preferred).
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Proficient in developing and delivering product presentations on hydraulic systems.
  • Goal-oriented with a commitment to achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings.
