Export Field Sales Representative
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves extensive travel (>50% of the time) to maintain and expand our client base in Greece and potentially abroad. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular visits to clients, presenting product solutions tailored to their needs.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets and objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and risks.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and action plans to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Attend industry events and exhibitions to promote company products and services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in field sales, ideally in tools, hardware, or a related industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively (>50% of the time).
- Fluency in Greek and English.
