Howden Agents Single Member S.A., is seeking to hire an Insurance Agent.
Position: Insurance Agent, Motor
Location: Athens (on site)
Role Summary:
You will be responsible for the retention of the current Motor insurance clientele, for the placement of new business and the assurance of clients’ satisfaction, negotiating and accomplishing business deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a portfolio of clients, achieving the team’s targets for new business and renewals/retention of current clients, ensuring timeframes and deliverables are met.
- Preparing broking submissions, negotiating and placing Motor insurance policies in the local market.
- Dealing with clients, providing them with tailored solutions according to their needs, delivering excellent customer service.
- Ensure that the company’s workflow systems are updated promptly.
Key qualifications/Competencies:
- BSc in Insurance Science, Statistics, Economics or relevant field.
- Insurance Agent Certification.
- Excellent English command and Computer skills (MS Office).
- Strong negotiations skills, striving for high customer satisfaction.
- Effective responsiveness to pressure and tight deadlines.
- Team working behavior and attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in a similar position.
