We are currently looking for Cross Sell & Sales Agent to join our Β2C Team part of our M Energy Customer Solution Division in our Paiania Offices.  

By joining this role, you will manage customer requests and identify cross-sell opportunities, providing tailored solutions. You’ll analyze customer needs, track sales targets, and improve strategies based on feedback, driving growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.

 

Υour role will encompass:

  • Developing and implementing optimal cross-sell practices.
  • Managing incoming customer requests and providing comprehensive solutions that meet their needs while identifying opportunities for additional sales (cross-sell).
  • Prioritizing and promptly responding to requests to ensure customers receive quick and satisfactory service.
  • Analyzing customer needs and proposing complementary products.
  • Tailoring the cross-sell approach based on the customer’s profile and behavior.
  • Tracking individual and team sales/cross-sell targets and evaluating performance against set goals.
  • Continuously improving the approach through feedback and best practices.
  • Providing insights on customer behavior and competitive landscapeWhat.

you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in call center operations.
  • Strong sales skills.
  • Customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility, patience, and perseverance.
  • Self-motivation.
  • Team spirit.
