Job Brief

Due to our expansion, we are seeking a skilled B2B Key Account Manager to oversee relationships with our most important clients. The position holder will be responsible for acquiring new key clients and further developing business with existing ones, both domestically and internationally, by understanding their requirements and identifying their needs to achieve mutual satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle and develop trust and long-term relationships with a portfolio of major industrial clients
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key client needs and requirements
  • Expand business by co-developing solutions to support client objectives
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to clients in a timely manner
  • Serve as the communication link between key clients and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by clients and handle complaints to maintain trust
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Collaborate with R&D in product development
  • Analyze and identify sales potential
  • Prepare regular progress and forecast reports for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

Requirements and Skills

  • University degree
  • Minimum of 10 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years as a Key Account Manager
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels
  • Industry knowledge and market analysis will be considered a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Team player personality
  • Proven proficiency in both verbal and written English
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office suite with extensive skills in working with spreadsheets
  • Ability to travel both within Greece and abroad
