Role Summary: The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth within the hospitality sector. This role involves traveling across Greece to meet with major hotel chains, resorts, and F&B companies, presenting our software solutions and building strong, lasting partnerships. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and eager to present leading software solutions in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the hospitality sector, focusing on major hotel chains, resorts, and F&B companies. Promote our software solutions, including Opera, to drive business growth.
- Sales Presentations & Product Demos: Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our software solutions, aligning them with the unique needs of each client.
- Negotiations & Contract Management: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including price negotiations, proposal development, and contract management.
- Market Insights & Strategy: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance our solutions based on client needs.
- Travel & Client Engagement: Travel extensively across Greece to meet clients, attend industry events, and represent our company at trade shows and conferences.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or software industry.
- Skills:
- Proven success in sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills,
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including hotel and F&B operations.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office,
Language Skills: Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
Travel: Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
