GEPAWORLD, Greece's premier apparel production and distribution company, proudly representing two successful athletic brands: GSA and JEPA, is seeking a qualified , dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Manager. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with a proven track record in driving sales performance, particularly in supermarkets and big retail chains . In addition to a major focus on sales, the role will also involve responsibilities related to managing key accounts to maintain long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with decision makers.
- Focus on sales within big retail chains and supermarkets, working with key buyers and category managers.
- Support the sales team in managing key accounts by providing necessary follow-up and ensuring timely communication.
- Maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist with resolving client issues and delivering service excellence.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Develop and present compelling sales proposals to potential clients.
- Ensure consistent sales growth by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create sales-driven campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Proven “hands-on” experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in key account sales (big retail chains and supermarkets ) is highly preferred.
- Experience in account management responsibilities.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
