THE ROLE

We are looking for a junior professional who will join our Sales Operations & Planning Department in Athens. Within the assigned areas of responsibility role’s key accountabilities include:

• Maintain of CRM system
• Export and create reports from CRM system
• Deliver documented sales information using all available data sources
• Support and coordinate efficiently the communication with Field Force
• Create, monitor and develop Wholesalers’ sales in data reporting
• Support in developing new initiatives and automated reporting

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree with focus on Business Administration or Finance. Master degree will be considered an additional asset
• Up to 1 year experience in Business Analysis, preferably in FMCG industry 
• Very good analytical, communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Advanced PC skills (expert in “Excel”). Experience in the use of statistical software will be considered an additional asset
• Focused and results oriented
