Your tasks
- Assuming professional and personal leadership of employees
- Managing a team of around 15 customer advisors
- Supporting senior team leadership and project management in ensuring quantitative and qualitative goals are met
- Coaching employees and determining training needs
- Devising and executing product and communication training and workshops
- Holding appraisals (feedback, goal-setting meetings, corrective reprimand meetings)
- Creating interview guides
- Performing general organisational tasks
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position with a communications service provider
- Experience in employee leadership (leadership potential)
- Initial experience in managing business operations or in project management
- Strong communication skills and ability to motivate
- Ability to handle conflict and assert oneself
- Sales-oriented approach, flexibility and organisational talent
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- Experience with dialler applications is an advantage
