Account Executive

Company Overview:
A company based in Athens specializing in delivering comprehensive holistic wellness solutions aimed at enhancing both business performance and employee well-being. Our diverse range of services includes workshops, fitness programs, special events, and retreats tailored to companies across industries, as well as collaborations with hotels and wellness establishments.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present customized proposals to meet client needs.
  • Support the coordination and logistics of events, including workshops, retreats, and special occasions.
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications, including phone calls and emails.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Oversee social media channels, including content creation and management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong administrative and clerical skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Previous experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant (preferred).
  • Proficiency in social media management, including content creation and platform oversight.
  • Experience in managing small-scale projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, coordinate, and prioritize effectively.
  • Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in both Greek and English (verbal and written).
