The purpose of the role is to contribute to company’s growth by ensuring sustained client relationships, opening new business avenues, and increasing the company’s overall footprint in the adhesives market.
More specifically:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business in different channels.
- Regularly review and analyze the sales revenue generated by the products in their portfolio.
- Analyze competitor’s products and sales strategies to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting and selling the full product range.
- Provide after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely payments from clients, manage accounts receivable and assist in resolving any billing or payment issues.
- Create reports in a regularly basis to track progress.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics or business administration or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in the sales sector, preferably with dealers in tools, building materials, hygiene products etc. or in direct sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Familiar with CRM tools (etc. Entersoft) and MS Office.
- Self- motivated and results-oriented mindset.
- Good understanding of English language.
- Flexibility with traveling.
