Fieldcode is a Field Service Management (FSM) software created from 20 years of global field service expertise, providing Zero-Touch automation and efficient software solutions.  
We are looking for a Key Account Manager who will is proactive, focused on exceptional customer experience with a passion for sales and has a solid understanding of field service processes and their challenges.


Responsibilities: 
•    You are responsible for our global leads with a focus on the German speaking markets
•    Handle incoming leads from website contacts and demo requests.
•    Expand your own sales funnel through proactive research and initiatives.
•    Conduct presentations and consultations on our software offerings for leads.
•    Qualify inquiries and assess their potential.
•    Prepare tailored proposals and contracts.
•    Continuously grow your professional network within your sales territory.
•    Attend trade fairs both as an exhibitor and as a visitor to foster customer relationships and acquire new clients.
•    Work closely with technical departments to develop customized solution proposals.
•    Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to internal teams on product improvements and market needs


Requirements:
•    Solid understanding of field service organizations and their challenges.
•    Professional experience in sales (preferably in Software sales).
•    Ability to analyze customer requirements and present convincing solutions.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication.
•    Fluent in German and English.
•    Willing to travel to customers and events worldwide.
