ICAP Executive Search & Selection on behalf of a leading company in Regenerative Medicine and Advanced therapies for women’s health, is looking for a driven professional for the position of the Head of Sales in Urogynaecology, based in Athens.

Their advanced therapies, particularly in the field of Urogynecology/ Gynaecology / Women’s Health, leverage stem cell technologies to enhance recovery and improve health outcomes.
Role Profile
Lead sales efforts in UroGynaecology and Gynecology, focusing on innovative products for tissue regeneration and autologous biologics. Develop strategic sales plans, expand market presence, and build relationships with key stakeholders to drive growth and improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Set sales targets, mentor teams, and ensure performance.
- Assume revenue & P&L oversight, drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and track KPIs.
Market Development
- Identify new opportunities and build relationships with healthcare professionals and KOLs.
- Position the company as a leader in tissue regeneration.
Product Promotion
- Conduct demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare providers.
- Advocate for innovative solutions at the Point of Care and Point of Surgery.
Team & Collaboration
- Work with marketing, R&D, and regulatory teams to align efforts.
- Monitor performance, adjust strategies, and ensure compliance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales experience in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 years in senior sales role.
- Thorough knowledge of the Greek Gynecology healthcare market with strong personal accounts.
- Experience working with HCPs, surgeons, and hospital procurement teams in a clinical sales environment.
- Proven track record of leading and managing a sales team, achieving sales targets, and growing market share within the healthcare or medical devices field.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence medical professionals and stakeholders.
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor, motivate, and lead a sales team.
- Ability to navigate and understand regulatory environments and compliance requirements for medical devices and biologics.
- Bachelor’s degree in biology, biomedical engineering, healthcare management, or a related field. Preferred MBA or MSc in healthcare or business.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and other sales management software.
- Fluency in Greek and English.
