The company offers the opportunity to those who wish to express interest in the position of “Continuous Improvement Project Manager (Διαχειριστής/ρια Έργων Συνεχούς Βελτίωσης)”, for its premises in Chalkidiki. The position will report to the Head of Continuous Improvement of the Continuous Improvement department, 100% based in Olympiada.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and propose key technological, procedural, and construction projects with attractive NPV and IRR rates to boost profitability.
- Design and implement innovative projects that create new opportunities and reduce costs.
- Drive service improvements across the organization using process methodologies and creative strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of Continuous Improvement (CI) projects.
- Facilitate workshops like Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Just-Do-It sessions to enhance processes.
- Simplify business processes by removing complexities and finding better ways of working.
- Analyze trends and process variations to build a robust CI framework.
- Support the development and implementation of a "best-in-class" CI strategy to drive efficiency.
- Deliver change initiatives from planning to completion, adhering to governance protocols.
- Partner with teams to create training materials, reports, and systems based on updated processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role with team leadership responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (verbal and written).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools, Outlook, Visio, and Access.
- Strong knowledge of implementing new technologies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of mining processes and operational practices.
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
