About the Role

In this newly established role, you will play a pivotal part in driving growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities. Your focus will be on expanding the client base and fostering strong relationships to establish a solid market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target prospective clients through market research and networking
  • Develop tailored approaches to engage potential customers and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities
  • Create and refine sales strategies to align with business goals
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with new clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management based on market feedback and sales data

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
  • Strong technical comprehension of industrial products, solutions, or services, with the ability to engage in technical discussions with clients
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and work independently to drive results
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities
