Role Overview

We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Sales & Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll combine your sales skills with a passion for fitness education to manage weekend workshops and drive student success programs, ensuring our students have an exceptional experience.

What You’ll Bring

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Sports Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven track record in sales and at least 2 years of experience in customer service.
• Languages: Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Skills: Meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Respond to student inquiries and guide them through the enrollment process.
• Coordinate and oversee the seamless execution of weekend workshops.
• Engage with prospects and current students to ensure their journey with us is smooth and rewarding.
• Handle registrations, payments, and student record management.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure workshops run without a hitch.
