Bennett Pharmaceuticals Industry is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships and contributing to the overall success of our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve company’s goals
• Identify, evaluate and pursue potential clients, markets and business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners
• Negotiate contracts and close business deals
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals and successful project delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.      A Master’s degree will be considered as an asset.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, corporate strategy or a similar role
• Excellent communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
