The B2B Sales Representative is in charge of executing the company’s strategy with their assigned clients in order to achieve the designated sales targets.
More Specifically They Will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients
- Demonstrate Karcher’s cleaning solutions and train customers on the proper use of machines, accessories, and chemicals
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries
- Ensure timely follow-ups and after-sales support
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM software
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitors, and pricing trends
Candidate’s Profile:
- Experience: 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in building materials, tools, or products targeted at the construction industry
- Proficient with MS Office, G-Suite
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel
- High level of English Language
- Knowledge and experience in ERP & CRM systems
- Driving license necessary
