During this period, we seek to recruit a professional for the following position:

 

                                                     Premium Ambassador

                                                    for our Sales Department
                                            based in our headquarters in Kifisia

 

As a Premium Ambassador at Olympic Brewery, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and visibility of our premium product portfolio. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, delivering exceptional sales performance, and ensuring our premium brands are positioned as market leaders. This role requires a deep understanding of premium products, exceptional sales skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

 

 

What you will be doing:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives for premium product portfolio
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive market penetration and increase brand visibility in target segments
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and stakeholders
  • Act as the primary point of contact for premium product customers, ensuring their needs are met with excellence
  • Collaborate with customers to create tailored solutions and promotions that align with their goals and our brand objectives
  • Nightly visits to assigned outlets, carried out weekly
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of premium product range, and keep up with market trends, and competitor activities
  • Educate customers on the unique value proposition of our premium brands to position them as preferred choices in the market
  • Ensure premium products are effectively displayed and marketed at point-of-sale locations
  • Work closely with Marketing to support premium brand activations, events, and promotions
  • Represent at industry events, trade shows, and networking
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide feedback and insights to internal teams on customer preferences, market trends, and competitive dynamics
  • Work closely with regional Sales teams, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies

 

What we are looking for:

  • BSc in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Approximately 2-3 years of experience in Sales, preferably within the Beverage or FMCG industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written & oral
  • Strong understanding of premium products and their target market
  • Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholder
  • Business acumen & customer focus
  • Results-driven mindset & problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Team spirit with strong ability to work cross-functionally
