CDE Field Service North GR Coordinator
for our Sales Department
based in our premises at Sindos
As a CDE Field Service North GR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in optimizing operations and data-driven decision-making at Olympic Brewery. You will design, develop, and maintain BI reporting solutions, ensuring data accuracy, performance, and usability. Managing daily operations in the Field Service platform, you will provide technical support across North Greece while overseeing CDE asset base management. Your role includes monitoring CDE equipment in the market, maintaining key databases, and preparing insightful reports that drive efficiency and strategic action.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and maintain the Business Intelligence (BI) reporting system, including delivering new reports, monitoring report performance and usage
- Execute daily operations in Field Service platform, regarding technical support provision in North Greece region
- Execute CDE function daily operations in ColdFusion Jira and Mforce platforms supporting CDE asset base management, SAP, customer service
- Monitor CDE equipment in the market in terms of location, condition and performance
- Maintain CDE databases (e.g., asset registry, leasing agreements, service supplier charges, other OpEx) and standardized reports
- Report preparation and dissemination
What we are looking for
- BSc in Economic, Finance, Business Administration or related field
- MSc will be considered an advantage
- At least 2 years of experience in analyst role or technical support
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service-oriented role
- Prior experience with SAP, ERPs, JIRA and BI tools will be considered a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written & oral
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and customer orientation
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail & problem-solving abilities
- Strong understanding of core cross-functional business processes, with technical aptitude
