What does the role involve?

 As a Hilti Store representative, you’ll look after our retail site, serving local clients ranging from sole traders to large construction projects.

It’s a busy, hands-on role, where you’ll demonstrate our products, cross-sell our software and services, and advise customers on the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs. You’ll have broad product knowledge across the complete Hilti catalogue, which opens lots of career options for the future.

Between serving customers, you’ll carry out day-to-day processes like entering orders, receiving goods, accepting repairs and managing cash and inventories. 


The job holder needs to ensure total customer satisfaction and the promotion of the Hilti brand through successful operation and sales.

• Provide the highest level of customer service through order fulfillment and product knowledge
• Efficiently manage your product inventory, order flow and steering
• Build relationships with managers and team members

• Individual customer service and consultation, demonstration of all products and services within our range
• Competent and customer oriented product presentation as well as implementation of marketing campaigns
• Execution and coordination of all processes; e.g. order entry, incoming goods, and acceptance of repairs, inventory and cash management.
• Proactive calls to existing customer base
• Identify and create leads and tasks based on your customer interactions and insights​
• Actively engage in mobile selling / consulting, supported by guided walkthroughs and increased visibility​

What you should bring along?

• Bachelor degree, ideally in engineering/marketing or related field
• An excellent sales manner, ideally with retail experience
• Passionate about new technological solutions
• Determined and dynamic personality
• Result oriented
• Able to establish long lasting client relationships
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite and familiarity with SAP
