RODOULA SA is a leading company in the field of Food Service in Greece with an increasing presence in retail and HO.RE.CA. products abroad, in the context of further development of its export activities, is seeking to recruit an experienced executive for the position of:
Export Area Sales Manager
The role of our Export Area Sales Manager, which reports to the Retail & Export Director of the company, among others, includes:
- Maintain and increase export sales of the company’s products, reaching the targets and goals set forth.
- Conduct market research, identify trends, and study competitors' marketing and sales strategies.
- Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings with clients overseas, negotiating sales contracts.
- Submit orders and manage documentation relating to the shipments.
- Liaising with the production line by adhering to the correct instructions to ensure that the products are made available and suit the customer’s needs.
- Align with the quality department to follow up on the requested certificates for customers.
- Keep complete and accurate records of customers’ history regarding loadings, deliveries, volumes, prices, and payments.
- Prepare sales reports and correspondence in a timely and effective manner.
- Report to senior managers/directors
- Analyze customer sales history and purchasing trends.
- Collect customers’ feedback and respond promptly to any complaints, finding winning solutions.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should have experience of at least 5 years in B2B international sales, preferably in the Food Service or F&B Industry
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Good knowledge of ERP systems, MS Office, and the Internet
- Commercial mindset and strong communication skills.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent attitude and business sense
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Ability to manage different responsibilities.
- Team player, critical thinker, flexible and structured
- Active, motivated, enthusiastic, and results-driven person.

- Good IT, presentations, budget, and report writing skills.
The position is based in Athens; however, travel is required to the countries to be assigned to the job holder to meet with existing or find new clients.
