Role purpose:
The main objective of this role is to expand the company's customer base. This will be
achieved by telephone sales through generation of high quality leads & use of digital tools.
Additionally, the Leads Expert will help the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks (eg.
Reporting, data management).
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

existing clientele

Core competencies, knowledge & experience: · Excellent communication skills & a strong customer orientation · Basic knowledge of English · Team player · Consistency and professionalism · Focus on achieving goals and appetite for development in the field of sales · Responsibility when handling sensitive information Technical / professional qualifications: · High school diploma · Previous work experience in a similar position (sales or call centers) is essential · Good knowledge of MS platforms (especially MS Teams & MS Excel, nice to have: MS PowerPoint)
