Job Scope
Supporting our sustainable and aggressive growth, the Regional Sales Manager is driving business growth in the region/countries of responsibility by targeting existing and new clients to add significant growth based on VIOPOL’s systems - product - services portfolio. The objective is to drive maximum revenue growth, quality service and profitability to the organization.
Reports to the Head of Business Growth
Main Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to generate new revenue in the region - countries of responsibility considering Viopol’s systems and product portfolio
- Research and map market trends and competitor activities to support sales growth strategy
- Propose and feed new product development to optimize product range in the region
- Participate in the formulation of business plans, cocreate and implement sales growth strategy for the respective region - countries
- Provide sales forecasts and reports, regularly monitoring own performance vs goals as per company’s processes (use of Viopol’s ERP, CRM and other systems)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide insights and required information as to propose and feed New Product Development in cooperation with the R&D team
Frequent travel required

Frequent travel required
Candidate profile:
- Successful professional - degree educated
- Commercial experience in the B2B manufacturing industry
- Good knowledge of the international market in the chemical industry desirable
- Trustworthy personality
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
- Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
- Self-motivated and results driven
