 We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Thessaloniki.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the logistics industry and a passion for building relationships and driving sales growth. This role is perfect for someone who is motivated by targets, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients
  • Building and maintaining strong relationship with existing and prospective customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring invoicing to ensure a smooth customer experience (ensuring accuracy, coordinating with accounting, tracking payments)
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts

Requirements:

  • Advanced business writing and oral skills both in Greek and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supple chain solutions
  • Managing sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
  • Consistency in achieving performance targets

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in Sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
