We partner with international firms in the markets of Printing, Surveillance, POS & Retail, Unified Communication, Audio/Video.
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and produce monthly forecasting reports.
What you will do
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and lead management to prospecting, arranging appointments, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating, closing and handing over new accounts to the account management team
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Promote cross-selling and upselling of the company’s products and services
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Drive the sales team towards high performance by conducting reviews, appraisals, and offering constructive feedback
- Provide on-the-ground support for the sales team as they generate leads and close new deals
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Manage the business forecasting process including monitoring and reporting
What we expect from you
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- Successful previous experience as a Sales Manager
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business acumen and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Strong decision making skills
- Able to perform under high pressure and meet tight deadlines
