As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a strategic leader who can balance new business development, key account management, and sales team organization — someone who thrives in both hands-on execution and big-picture planning within a B2B context.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive B2B new business development by identifying and onboarding new wholesale, retail, and corporate partners — especially in supermarkets, apparel, and sport apparel chains.
• Manage and grow existing B2B key accounts (supermarkets and big retail chains) , maintaining strong, long-term relationships with retail buyers, procurement teams, and other stakeholders.
• Create and execute strategic sales and business plans tailored to the B2B landscape.
• Lead and organize a high-performing sales team, aligning efforts with company goals and fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to create campaigns and strategies that resonate with B2B customers.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to refine plans and improve performance.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within retail, apparel, or FMCG sectors.
• Strong background in key account management with large retail clients (supermarkets, fashion/sports chains, etc.).
• Experience creating and executing sales and business strategies.
• Leadership experience — the ability to motivate and guide teams toward shared sales goals.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Commercially driven with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
