Our sales team is looking for its new Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for the market of Greece by suggesting beneficial solutions that will accelerate the growth of our clients’ businesses. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone by presenting products or services while maintaining excellent client relationships. You are an outstanding communicator and listener, able to address issues with a professional, yet friendly approach.

What you 'll do :

  • Reach out to existing and potential clients to present our products and services.
  • Reply to any questions regarding our products/services or the company.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs, and offer solutions that will benefit the promotion of their business through the platform.
  • Direct prospects and leads to the field sales team whenever needed.
  • Address any query or issue to preserve the company’s reputation.
  • Always strive towards meeting sales quota and facilitate future sales.
  • Track and document calls and sales, noting any useful information, and update client records.

What you ‘ll need :

  • Previous experience as Telesales Representative or similar customer service or sales role.
  • Proven track record of met sales quota, preferably over the phone.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with partners in Greece.
  • Fluency in English (written and oral).
  • Experience in using sales tools such as CRM software and/or telephone systems would be a plus.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Great interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Cool-tempered and ability to bounce back from rejections quickly.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
  • Team player, patient and friendly personality
  • High school diploma required, BSc/BA will be a plus
