• Support  and assist  the R&D process from market research to product authorization and rollout.
• Assist in the coordination of  R&D Team  in order to accomplish with the other team members  key objectives.
• Conduct scientific research, development, and formulation of new pharmaceutical and OTC products.
• Stay up to date with the latest scientific developments and conduct continuous research on product ingredients.
• Communicate with product manufacturers and partners on sampling and testing, contract management, cost negotiation and product stability tests.
• Oversee the overall Quality Management process of new and existing products.
• Coordinate with relevant inspection bodies (ΕΟΦ), representing the company in hearings when required (Greece and abroad)
• Develop material for the presentation of new products to the Sales department and ensure effective training for Sales Representatives, Pharmacists, and Doctors.
• Handle customer inquiries on product characteristics and their effective use from a scientific and health perspective.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, or a related field; An MSc in Chemistry or MBA degree will be considered a strong plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the health food supplements industry or similar company.
• Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and suppliers.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills in order to demonstrate product knowledge and dedication to operational excellence
• Strong team player’s skills.
• Excellent use of MS Office applications.
• Fluency in English.
