Located on the southwest coast of the Peloponnese, one of the most unspoiled and breath-taking landscapes in the Mediterranean, and 45 minutes’ drive from Kalamata International Airport.

The beachfront resort is part of the sustainable resort destination of Costa Navarino, a well-established tourism destination which includes 3 other resorts. It comprises of 99 suites and villas, all with outdoor terraces and sea views, along with seven restaurants and bars.

Scope of Position:

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of Security Personnel, using IT systems for access control, site patrolling, emergency response, cash collection, report generating, incident investigation and all other standard security duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Security Department to ensure safety and security of guests, employees, visitors hotel and hotel assets.
• Is responsible for monitoring and verifying the perfect operation and operation of CCTV and all its equipment and systems: Emergency, Fire, Intrusion, etc.
• Is responsible for the Registration and Administration of the Security Control Center.
• Plans and coordinates with both internal and external parties for VIP visits and special events.
• Attends all necessary meetings and disseminates all relevant information to the team.
• Supervises the team’s performance and provides necessary support when needed.
• Conducts security related trainings to the team and new joiners of other departments.
• Reviews existing policies and procedures to identify improvement areas and provides solutions for enhancement.
• Gets done ad hoc tasks assigned by Department Head from time to time.

Qualifications / Experience:

• Holder of valid Security Personal Permit.
• 5 years’ relevant experience with minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in luxury hotels.
• Academic background in Security Management would be an advantage.
• Qualified First-Aider. AED Certificate is preferred.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Greek.
• Computer literate in MS Office.
