We are currently recruiting for Security Supervisor to join our Security department at our headquarters in Paiania, Attica. The Security Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our assets, products, and personnel across all sites, by leading a well-trained and organized team.

Key responsibilities:   

• Guarantees the safety and security, especially in all critical areas within the company.
• Identifies weaknesses and risks to prevent shrinkage and informs management.
• Ensures all security systems and equipment are in perfect condition and properly maintained.
• Provides 24/7 protection for the company, following existing procedures and practices year-round.
• Develops policies, programs, and procedures to prevent or minimize losses and business disruptions.
• Promotes the integration of sound practices into the company's core business strategy.
• Enforces compliance with all corporate security rules, standards, guidelines, and governmental regulations.
• Regularly Conducts security gap analyses and self-assessments in accordance with internal and local regulatory requirements.
• Develops and accomplishes agreed-upon security business plans annually.
• Coordinates all security measures and activities in all operations and distribution centres.
• Supervises and collaborates with associates, external business partners, and authorities to ensure effective service and the best value for the company.
• Identifies, prioritizes, and mitigates security risks concerning the company's human, physical, and informational assets.
• Manages and ensures continuous improvement of all security measures against criminal actions.
• Maintains an incident database and coordinates or conducts security-related investigations.
• Responsible for the security design and equipment adequacy of both existing and new premises, in line with corporate standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in a technical field or related discipline.
• Valid Security License from EOPPEP or IEPYA is a plus.
• Proven experience of at least 3-4 years in senior security roles, including team management.
• Familiar with local laws, regulations, and security systems.
• Knowledge of advanced security systems and equipment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and understand overall business operations.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle complex, high-stakes situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in military or law enforcement environments is a plus.
• Fluency in the English language, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel to different sites as required.
• Ability to adapt to office-based and site-based work conditions.
