kariera.gr is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Events Project Manager to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel in project management, and are passionate about creating seamless event experiences, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed event briefs in collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring clear communication of requirements.
• Create accurate production cost forecasts and manage event budgets effectively to align with financial goals.
• Scout and select venues that meet event requirements and client needs, while coordinating with vendors to design layouts and booth mockups.
• Organize necessary resources, including staff, equipment, and materials, and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers for quality deliverables.
• Oversee event setup, operations, and teardown, addressing challenges promptly to ensure smooth execution.
• Be available for partial travel to manage events in other cities when required.
• Use KPIs to evaluate event success, prepare post-event reports, and optimize processes for future improvements.
• Collaborate within a team, contribute to a positive culture, and provide guidance to junior team members as needed.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in event planning, preferably in career services or recruitment sector.
• Proven ability to manage multiple events from concept to completion.
• Skilled in budgeting and creating production cost forecasts.
• Familiarity with reporting tools and KPI-based performance evaluation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative team player committed to a supportive environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed for event execution.
