Your role focuses on:

Incident Response and Troubleshooting:

• Respond promptly to internal user & client inquiries, incidents, and service requests.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Escalate complex problems to senior engineers or vendors when necessary.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of client configurations, incidents, and resolutions.
• Generate performance reports, service level agreements (SLAs), and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance service delivery.

Internal and External clients reporting:

• Create reports based on SQL Queries and Microsoft Power BI

Proactive Monitoring and Maintenance:

• Monitor Software as a Service networks, servers, and systems to identify and address potential issues.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates, security patches, and backups.
• Implement preventive measures to minimize downtime and enhance system performance.
• Ensure internal systems adhere to security best practices and compliance standards.
  
  Qualifications:
  
  
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field
• Up to 3 years of experience in similar roles
• Knowledge of troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues
