The Hiring Solutions team at Kariera.gr is looking for a Service Coordinator.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage tasks within the Service department, including customer communication, preparing quotes, and ordering spare parts.
  • Allocate and track orders and returns.
  • Manage the availability and weekly schedule of the Service department.
  • Provide administrative support to the Service Manager and Operations Specialist.
  • Generate and process invoices (including issuing invoices and delivery notes).
  • Data entry into ERP systems.
  • Data entry into CRM (Salesforce).
  • Secretarial support (filing, managing couriers, etc.).
  • Handle company supplies.

Qualifications & Profile:

  • Educational degree.
  • Proficient in SAP / SBO, ERP environments, CRM (Salesforce), and Microsoft Office.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
