The Hiring Solutions team at Kariera.gr is looking for a Service Coordinator.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage tasks within the Service department, including customer communication, preparing quotes, and ordering spare parts.
- Allocate and track orders and returns.
- Manage the availability and weekly schedule of the Service department.
- Provide administrative support to the Service Manager and Operations Specialist.
- Generate and process invoices (including issuing invoices and delivery notes).
- Data entry into ERP systems.
- Data entry into CRM (Salesforce).
- Secretarial support (filing, managing couriers, etc.).
- Handle company supplies.
Qualifications & Profile:
- Educational degree.
- Proficient in SAP / SBO, ERP environments, CRM (Salesforce), and Microsoft Office.
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
