We are seeking a proactive and skilled Assistant Maintenance Manager to support the maintenance operations at our resort. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the maintenance team, ensuring all facilities and equipment are in excellent condition to deliver a safe and enjoyable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Maintenance Manager in overseeing daily maintenance operations across the resort.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team, ensuring timely and high-quality task completion.
• Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues in compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Participate in planning and executing preventive maintenance programs for all facilities and equipment.
• Support the implementation of energy-saving and sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventories, and reports.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from other departments to minimize downtime.
• Act as the point of contact in the absence of the Maintenance Manager.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintenance or engineering roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of maintenance systems, ideally BMS (Building Management System) and HVAC.
• Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Technical certifications in relevant fields will be considered an additional asset.
