Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to all resort staff for IT-related issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot the resort's computer systems, networks, and software applications.
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, and peripherals as needed.
• Monitor and maintain security measures for the resort's IT infrastructure.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
• Keep accurate records of IT inventory and equipment maintenance.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend upgrades or improvements as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) a plus.
