Best candidate’s profile:

Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism.
2 years minimum experience in a similar position at a luxury Hotel
Strong communication and organizational skills with a pleasant personality
Computer skills
Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential, knowledge of other is a plus
Ability to adjust to the standards of the hotel brand
Professional behavior and appearance

Key responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests politely and friendly
Ensure excellent response to incoming requests
Responsible for processing check-ins and check outs correctly, as well as all payment transactions
Inform the guests about the facilities and services of the hotel
Follow the hygiene and safety rules
