Concierge/Guest Relation

High-end hospitality group, Lesante Collection Luxury Resorts & Villas, is comprised of the three five-star luxury hotels on the island of Zakynthos representing a trilogy of exceptional hospitality and absolute comfort for all. Each hotel is inspires by the lands of Zakynthos in its own right and invites guests to become immersed in the lush nature, inspiring traditions and authentic lifestyle of the finest Ionian Island.

Key responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the hotel.
• Respond to requests and answer the phone, with customer-oriented approach.
• Escort the guests to their rooms.
• Inform the guests about the facilities and services of the hotel.
• Meet and exceed guests'expectations by anticipating the services they might require and suggesting dining options, boats e.t.c.
• Handle and resolve guest relation problems quickly, politely and to the full satisfaction of the guest.
• Present options and alternatives to guests and offers assistance in making choices, and be fully aware of the Resort and hotel facilities, services, and local area.
• Be fully aware of all Leading (LQAs) , FHR (Amex) Standards, benefits and Memberships.
• Always provide a friendly, efficient and personalize service.

Best candidate’s profile:

• Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• 2 years minimum experience within a hotel environment.
• Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential, knowledge of other is a plus.
• Ability to adjust to the culture and the functional profile of the hotel.
• Organizational, communicational and leadership skills, teamwork.
• Pleasant personality.
