Receptionist 

High-end hospitality group, Lesante Collection Luxury Resorts & Villas, is comprised of the three five-star luxury hotels on the island of Zakynthos representing a trilogy of exceptional hospitality and absolute comfort for all. The Group is both family-owned and a proud ambassador for the island’s riches, a characteristic that shines through Lesante Classic, Lesante Blu and Lesante Cape, the three Lesante Collection resorts.
Each hotel is inspires by the lands of Zakynthos in its own right and invites guests to become immersed in the lush nature, inspiring traditions and authentic lifestyle of the finest Ionian Island

Best candidate’s profile:

• Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management
• 2 years minimum experience in the Guest Relation department in a 5* hotel
• Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential, knowledge of other is a plus
• Ability to adjust to the culture and the standards of the hotel brand
• Communication and leadership skills, teamwork, pleasant personality
• Knowledge of Fidelio /Excellent computer skills, MS Office (Word, Excel)

Key responsibilities :

• Responsible for processing check-ins and check outs correctly
• Collaboration with the reservation & Housekeeping department
• Respond to requests or complaints, with customer-oriented approach
• Understand the needs of each customer
• Inform the guests about the facilities and services of the hotel
• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the hotel
• Provide a friendly and efficient service at all times.
