Workathlon on behalf of the award-winning Theros All Suite Hotel (5*) in Kos, is hiring a receptionist. The ideal candidate will have enthusiasm, experience, and professionalism, with a goal of long-term collaboration.

Main Duties

• Greeting and effectively serving customers
• Handling arrivals and departures
• Responsibly and confidentially collecting customer information
• Managing the telephone switchboard
• Efficiently addressing issues related to the hotel's broader operations
• Providing information to ensure the best customer experience
• Implementing company policies

Required Qualifications

• Degree from a higher school of tourism/hotel management
• At least 2 years of experience in 4 or 5-star hotels in similar positions
• Excellent knowledge of English (knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered an asset)
• Very good computer skills
• Excellent knowledge of hotel management software Protel, and cash handling
• Adaptability and efficiency under pressure
• Team spirit and collaboration
