Bartender

Position Summary:
The Bartender primarily will be responsible for delivering alcoholic & non alcoholic drinks, providing menu recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the Bar & Restaurant .
Scope:
- Reports to FB Manager
- Greets and welcomes guests to the Bar/Restaurant
- Prepares alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interacts with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mixes ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plans and presents bar menu
- Restocks and replenishes bar inventory and supplies
- Stays guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Complies with all food and beverage regulations
Prerequisites:
- Minimum one year of working experience in a similar role in the hospitality sector
- Degree / Diploma in relevant field
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Excellent knowledge of English language
