Duties & Responsibilities:
The Groom / Bellperson is responsible for the following:
- Assists with luggage, coats, suitcases, etc. giving attention to guest assistance in a courteous, swift, and proactive manner.
- Maintains a pleasant disposition with the aim of providing undivided attention to each guest.
- Adheres to guest checking in and checking out procedures pertaining to the handling of luggage.
- Assists guests arriving and departing through means of welcoming, luggage assistance, providing directions and other.
- Familiarizes oneself with the layout of the hotel and provide guest service and guidance.
- Provides general information to guests about the hotel facilities, services, and location.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Proven experience in a Groom/Bell Boy position, from within a luxury hotel and/or resort.
- Excellent command of both Greek and English in written and oral form. Knowledge of a second foreign language will be highly appreciated.
- Eligible to work in a member state of the EU
- Positive disposition.
- Professional attire and behavior.
- Team oriented.
- Passionate and focused on providing the highest quality service.
