F&B Supervisor

for MOXY ATHENS Hotel

About the role:

As F&B Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise the day-to-day F&B operations to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, standards
• Manage all stock aspects of the B&F including Breakfast, Bar, such as taking inventory and reordering supplies.
• Taking, preparing and serving orders varying from cocktails to coffees to breakfast.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and according to guidelines.
• Oversee the preparation of beverages and ensure quality of product served, inspect F&B set ups and assign various side duties to the team.
• Ensure that all servicing & kitchen equipment are clean, well maintained and meet all hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Make sure the F&B checklist is used & maintained by all team members.
• Keep up to date on all F&B trends to deliver a unique experience.
• Assist in the identification of training needs and provide coaching and conduct training for all team members to ensure that service standards are adhered to.

• Degree in Hotel or Restaurant Management or related field
• Solid guest service experience, preferably in food and beverage
• Excellent use (both oral and written) of Greek & English language. Knowledge of a third language, will be considered as an asset
• Proficient knowledge of Restaurant Management Software, POS, and Microsoft Office
• Strong Team Builder with ability to coordinate effectively and motivate a team, towards the achievement of important organizational goal
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
