Position: F&B Manager
Location: Athens, Greece

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage team.
• Ensure the delivery of outstanding service in our F&B outlets.
• Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in food and beverage offerings.
• Lead and manage F&B staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement F&B strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Manage budgets, financial plans, and cost control measures for the department.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements in all F&B operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in menus, service, and operations.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee events and conferences, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional service.
• Manage event logistics, including F&B requirements, staffing, and scheduling.
• Ensure the provision of high-quality F&B services during conferences.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a full-service hotel or resort.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Advanced knowledge of hotel management software (micros OPERA) is essential.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Greek.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
