Main Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the hotel
• Load and unload luggage from vehicles and deliver it to rooms
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person
• Be aware of daily functions, events, VIP and group arrivals
• Provide all required information about the Hotel, available services and facilities.
• Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Ensure the forecourt/lobby is kept clean & tidy at all times in accordance with hotel standards
• Provide a smooth arrival and departure experience including rooming and delivering luggage

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Groom
• Fluency in English knowledge or other languages
• Driving license is required
